Latest REIWA figures – August 2016

Last week the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) released rental market figures for the three months to July, which showed median rent holding steady at $380 per week. Listings for rent climbed 3 per cent to 11,360 while the vacancy rate held steady at 6 per cent.

July was another busy month for our team with 58 properties leased and an internal vacancy rate of 4.1 per cent.
