Winter sprinkler ban

Reminder: the winter sprinkler ban is in effect

Just a reminder that the mandatory winter sprinkler ban is now in effect. This means reticulation – including bores – should be turned off until 31 August. The sprinkler ban includes Perth, Mandurah and some parts of the South-West.

If you haven’t switched off your reticulation, and you’re caught using it, you may be issued with a fine. A malfunctioning irrigation controller is not an excuse for not complying with the winter ban, so please check your irrigation system – especially after a power blackout.

Need more information about the permanent winter sprinkler ban? Head to the Water Corporation website.
