They judge your property by the photos that are included in your ad. If the photos don’t do it justice, they move on immediately.

Potential tenants need to be able to visualise themselves in your property immediately. In order to do this, your photos need to show a home that is free of clutter and mess. A ‘clean slate’ state is best, so try and get shots when the house is empty.
Choose the right light.
Light really does affect the way your home will photograph. Pay attention to the way rooms look at different times of the day and choose flattering light to take your photos. Natural light generally looks better than artificially lit rooms.
It may seem like a simple thing, but youd be surprised how many property photos are out of focus. Blurry photos won’t sell your property. Investigate how your camera handles focusing and spend some time taking test shots.
Pay attention to composition.
Playing around with the composition of each shot will help you get the best picture. Try and choose a focal point for each photo, like a fireplace or a dining suite. Putting this point just off centre will draw the viewers eye across the photo making it more interesting.
Take lots of photos.
You can never take too many photos of your property. Always take two or three shots of the same scene just in case there are problems with the initial pictures.
