Keeping our property owners happy – Rentwest’s four pronged approach

We know that property investing can be stressful. Even with a partner like Rentwest by your side, there are countless decisions to make. While we’re focused on looking after your property and growing your investment we also want to make sure our property owners are happy.
Here’s how we do it.

  1. Open communication
    We like to have an open and honest relationship with our property owners, so if you’re ever unhappy we want to know about it sooner rather than later. We promise to do the same. Honest communication leads to better problem resolution should issues arise.
  2. Informing you of your rights and responsibilities
    As a property owner there are many things you need to be aware of. We make sure that all of our clients are aware of their obligations with regards to council rates, tenancy agreements and the proactive maintenance of their property. If you’re ever unsure about anything, please let us know.
  3. Details matter
    Attention to detail is something that we pride ourselves on. We keep up-to-date with rental inspections, we go the extra mile when checking tenancy applications and we make sure rental payments come in on time. We are systematic, diligent and we make sure things happen when they are supposed to happen.
  4. We’re easy to get a hold of
    Our Property Managers do their best to be available when you need them but if we’re not on hand we always follow up calls and emails promptly.
