Contacting your property manager

Have you ever tried to call the office to speak to your property manager only to be told they’re out? Our team spends a lot of time on the road. Some days we’re showing new properties; other days we’re performing routine inspections or overseeing final vacates. Unfortunately this means we may not be around to take your call.

If you’d like to call, we suggest doing so between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m., and from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Alternatively, you can send an email. As stated in our Customer Service Standards, phone calls are generally responded to within 4 hours and emails within 24.
