2015 has certainly been very busy already! In February we:
– received 1200 enquiries for available rental properties;
– had 434 people register to view properties;
– had an enquiry conversion rate of 36.2 per cent.
General Manager Michelle Rigg says that these numbers aren’t a surprise: “These figures show there are tenants looking; when a property is presented well and priced right it is renting.” Well-timed marketing is one of the most vital steps in our advertising process. “Starting the marketing at the right time is key too,” says Michelle. “A lot of owners want to commence promotion of the property several weeks before it’s available. We believe the optimum time is two to three weeks. It doesn’t take long for the web advertisements to drop from key spots with the number of properties online presently, with most tenants looking to move within one to two weeks of applying for a property.”
