Reminder: The Winter Sprinkler Ban Is In Effect

Just a reminder that the mandatory winter sprinkler ban is now in effect.

This means reticulation (including bores) should be turned off until 31 August. The sprinkler ban includes Perth, Mandurah and some parts of the South-West.

If you haven’t switched off your reticulation, and you’re caught using it, you may be issued with a fine. A malfunctioning irrigation controller is not an excuse for not complying with the winter ban, so please check your irrigation system especially after a power blackout.

Need more information about the permanent winter sprinkler ban? Head to the Water Corporation website.
