Latest REIWA figures – July 2016

The latest Real Estate Institute of Western Australia rental figure are in.

In figures released earlier this week by the REIWA, we see that the number of rental properties on the market increased marginally from 11124 in June to 11217.

The median rental price has dropped from $385 in May to $380 per week as of July 5. With the vacancy rate holding steady at 6 per cent.
